Corporate Giving

Corporate partners provide essential resources to support CACTX’s statewide efforts to protect children across Texas. We strive to build long-lasting, multi-faceted partnerships with corporate donors at all levels.

Reach out to the CACTX Philanthropy Team if your company would like to learn more about corporate sponsor opportunities and benefits.

Workplace Giving

Businesses can support CACTX by offering their employees the option to give through workplace giving campaigns. It’s a great way companies engage employees in small acts of generosity that have a large collective impact.

Stock Donations

Making a gift of stock is one of the most advantageous ways to contribute to CACTX’s work. A gift of stock is simple and offers various benefits, producing a tax deduction equal to the fair market value of the stock and reducing liability for accumulated earnings tax.

Please contact the CACTX Philanthropy Team with questions or for further information to initiate a stock transfer.

Donor Advised Funds

Donor-Advised Funds, or DAFs, are a philanthropic giving vehicle that provides an immediate tax benefit to you and allows you to grant funds to charities of your choice. DAFs can easily be set up through a community foundation or your financial institution.

To recommend a gift to CACTX, all you need to do is request a grant distribution through your DAF sponsor, making sure to use the following information:

Organization: Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas
Address: 1501 W. Anderson Lane, B-1, Austin, TX 78727
Tax ID: 75-2581804

Legacy Giving

A planned gift from your estate will have a lasting impact on CACTX’s vision to protect Texas childhood. We are honored to receive such gifts and direct the money to the highest need. You can make a planned gift by:

  • Naming Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas in your will
  • Giving Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas an insurance gift
  • Declaring Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas as a beneficiary of your 401(k), 403(b), or IRA plan
  • Creating a Charitable Remainder Trust

Supporting CACTX is one of my most important priorities because of the essential work they do on a daily basis and in very critical moments to help children affected by abuse. - Women of Courage Supporter
